theart THEART set to visit Houston on March 22 @ CC
TheArt :: Christian Girl
TheArt :: NEWTOWN

THEART will be debuting in Houston on March 22 at Caroline Collective with a slew of out of town bands and a couple of locals. Playing with them will be My Name is John Micheal (New Orleans), Japanther (Brooklyn), Female Demand (Houston), Caddywhompus (New Orleans), Muhhamid Ali (Houston), Romanteek (Olympia), and Fat Tony (Houston).

THEART is a quartet from Newtown, Australia and currently working with Worldsend Management group. The song “Newtown” was mastered by Manny Nieto who has worked with the Breeders in the past and is currently producing HEALTH’s forthcoming album. Their first full length will be released on Nick Launay’s label, Stick It To The Man. Nick Launay has worked with artists Nick Cave, Supergrass, and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. It looks like a good line up for March 22 and THEART look like they are being well taken care of in Los Angeles. We are looking forward to their live performance.
