After growing Indiehouston.org to over 5000 followers on facebook/twitter, and receiving large amounts of traffic to our website and events, we are putting our creativeness towards helping businesses utilize technology with Firestartup.com. Graphic Design and branding has been our strong point and has helped a ton of bands and musicians with marketing events, selling promotional material, and even launching national marketing campaigns. We hope to do the same for businesses that haven’t fully adopted the powers of the internet. Search Engine Optimization in Houston, Texas is among some of the many talents we have acquired while running indiehouston, as well as other companies. Ever find our site just because you were looking up a music event, or liked a specific genre of music? We want to cater these talents to putting local businesses on the Google radar.
In addition to Houston web design, we also are up for the challenge for redesigning brands through logos, fliers, and promotional material. Over the years, we have also acquired the talents of many videographers, video editing, and 3D graphic animation artists to team up with Firestartup.com so that we can really make a dent at improving the economy. In addition to indiehouston collaborators, we have also signed on Evan Twyford, a professor in design at the University of Houston and Nasa design architect. You may recognize some of his work from Haters Make us Famous and Angie Audio. Richard Ramirez II who has helped us from the beginning with all the turning head graphics we have come to be associated with, (see vomiting unicorn in set below) will continue to work with the building of a new face for many growing businesses. Co-creators of Indiehouston.org, Joel Hughes and Robert De Los Santos, will be running Firestartup and have tons of project management experience and websites under their belts.
